Black Ratchet Wingnut with M5(5mm) thread. It is compatible with railblock 942.It is spring loaded, and can be pulled out and turned to a more user friendly position after being tightened.

Note: This wing-nut can be adjust angle, in this way to avoid the lever touching other object.
