You can attach the CoolBlock-15mm to your rig’s 15mm rods to provide 1/4″-20 mounting screws.  It comes with RED standard 1/4″-20 thread, so you can also mount the CoolBlock-15mm on the top of your RED cheeseplates, cages, battery plates, and more. Extremely versatile, compact, and lightweight.  It comes with ratchet wingnut.
