SmallRig Half Cage 2098 is exclusively designed for Sony A7R III/A7 III/A7 II/A7R II/A7S II. It protects the camera well and offers lots of mounting options.
Key Features:

4.It could be mounted with Lens Adapter Support 1764 for lens adapter to prevent the loss of lens signals.
5.It is compatible with QR plates of different standards at the bottom via threaded holes.
The half cage fits the camera perfectly and blocks no access to the ports of buttons camera. It does not cover the hot shoe of camera whereby XLR-K1M/K2M could be attached. It comes with 1/4’’-20 threaded holes and Arri locating points on the top; Top Handle 1984/1638 could be mounted for handheld shooting with 1/4’’ screws and Magic Arm 2026 could be mounted on Arri locating points for monitor.
It comes with a Manfrotto 501 QR plate within the cage, which features quick release and attachment.
It could attach Lens Adapter Support 1764 for lens adapter to prevent the loss of lens signals. It is equipped with arrays of 1/4’’-20 and 3/8’’-16 threaded holes at the bottom for QR plates of different standards and then tripods.
On the left side is a HDMI cable port for HDMI Lock 1679 to protect HDMI cable from loss of signals.
NATO rail on the left side could be mounted with NATO Handle 1688 for handheld shooting, or it could be mounted with EVF Support 1594/1897 for monitor.
